Requirements

Minimum 3 years in a luxury resort, with Maldives or remote island experience preferred; Oversee the operations of Kids Club, Teens Hut, Art Lab, and the Resort’s Recreation and Sports Activities; Build strong guest relationships and deliver high service standards; Certification in First Aid, World Wide Kids, and knowledge of health & safety protocols; Strong leadership skills to supervise, mentor, and motivate a diverse recreation team; Upskill and train islander team members, fostering career growth; Handle multiple activities efficiently while addressing guest concerns; Strong verbal and written communication, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus); Good operational and interpersonal skills are a must; Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tasks; Positive attitude, self-motivated and goal-driven; We strongly encourage applications from female candidates, as this role is designated for women in alignment with our diversity and inclusion goals.
