Requirements

- Strong swimming skills;<br>- Previous experience in a similar security role, preferably in hospitality or Resort environments<br>- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision<br>- Experience in rescue operations (open water or emergency response) is a strong advantage<br>- Excellent attention to detail and strong observational skills<br>- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations<br>- Basic knowledge of safety protocols and emergency procedures<br>- Good communication skills and a professional attitude<br>- Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays<br>- Physically fit and capable of patrolling large outdoor areas
