- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a resort or luxury hotel environment.<br>- Having Maldivian therapist experience is highly desirable.<br>- Ability to work collaboratively with other spa team members to create a relaxed and professional work environment.<br>- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.<br>- Willingness to contribute to the development of new services and treatment protocols.<br>- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br>- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.<br>- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
