Requirements

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:<br>- Strong leadership, ability to train and motivate team.<br>- Previous experience in Fine Dining or luxury hotel/resort.<br>- Working knowledge of HACCP.<br>- Computer knowledge, word, excel, Recipe software knowledge.<br>- Detail-oriented/task motivated.<br>- Ability to work in a remote location or island life.<br>- Multilingual advantageous.<br><br>WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:<br>- Assist the Executive Chef in ensuring that a consistent high quality food product is produced.<br>- Maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability and quality goals.<br>- Conducts training.<br>- Oversee food preparation and makes sure we comply with health and safety restaurant regulations.<br>- Deliver a high-quality menu and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.
