Requirements

5–10 years of relevant experience Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field Strong knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and contract management Proven track record with a portfolio of completed projects and their respective values Experience in the Maldives is an advantage Familiarity with local construction regulations and market trends Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Microsoft Office Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Qualification: Bachelor's Degree Experience: 6 - 10 years
