Requirements

Proven experience in showroom or outlet management (automotive sector preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Solid understanding of sales processes, inventory management, and customer service. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict KPIs. High level of organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Proficient in MS Office and retail management systems. Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours if required.
