Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as Spa Manager or a similar leadership role within the wellness or hospitality industry. Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff Knowledge of Ayurvedic / Thai / Balinese and other Spa treatments. Proficiency in spa management software, Microsoft Office, and other related tools. Ability to handle multicultural team.
