Requirements

Minimum one year experience in a similar position in a 5-star Hotel/Resort. Good command of written and spoken English. An outgoing, energetic, cheerful and positive personality. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Well-groomed with a positive “can-do” attitude. Flexible with day-to-day hours and duties and a team player. Guest-oriented and service-minded. Providing water sports lessons. Maintaining water sports equipment. Ensuring safety standards during all water sports activities conducted directly or indirectly (rental). Maintaining cleanliness of the Water Sports Centre and beach condition. Assisting with daily maintenance of dive and snorkeling equipment when needed. Assisting with boat operations when needed. Assisting with snorkeling activities during the day and night when needed. Assisting other departments when the need arises. Providing general briefings about snorkeling areas, marine site information, and safety.
