Good knowledge and familiarity with the Employment Act and Human Resource Tasks. Highly motivated, possess leadership qualities and with a proven track record with small and medium sized luxury resorts and hotels. Excellent level of written and spoken English. Experience in a similar role in a 5-star resort is an added advantage. Well organized and can complete tasks on timely manner. Cheerful and friendly personality Must be enthusiastic to work with diversified workforce.
