Requirements

A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Learning and Development Manager within a luxury hotel or resort environment. Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and management capabilities. Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and other training technologies, with a focus on enhancing the guest experience through employee development. Prior training experience with LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) and Forbes-certified properties would be a distinct advantage. A background in Food and Beverage (F&B) operations or experience in training F&B teams will be regarded as a valuable asset. Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Studies with certifications in Training (CHT/CIPD) from a recognized national or international institute.
