Requirements
Assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations. Lead, train, and inspire a team of culinary professionals, developing and executing high-quality dishes with a strong focus on presentation and taste. Proven experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar leadership role, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a 5-star resort. Strong understanding of kitchen management, food safety, and hygiene practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations with composure. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.
