Requirements

GCE A’ Level with a minimum of two passes, Including English, or GCE O’ Level with a minimum of three passes, including English, along with a Diploma in Hospitality, Customer Service, or a related field. MS Office and Data Management software in general Flexible to work on various shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays) Supervise day-to-day lounge operations, ensuring smooth service delivery in line with set standards. Coordinate with catering teams to ensure proper food preparation and setup at our exclusive lounges Oversee tidiness, hygiene, and maintenance of the lounge areas, including outdoor setups during inclement weather. Lead the team in welcoming passengers, providing accurate information, and ensuring their needs are met. Monitor and report on daily operations, providing updates to the Lounge Manager. Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and Dhivehi. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic situations.
