Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hotel Management or related. Ideally you will have held a similar position in an ultra-luxury private island for at least 3 years and should have previous pre-opening experience in a ultra-luxury private island environment. Experience in developing and implementing bespoke sales plans to grow luxury market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, corporate clients, and travel advisors. Identify and engage new business opportunities within ultra-luxury and VIP segments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless guest experiences aligned with the .Here Baa Atoll brand. Proven track record in sales within the luxury hospitality, travel, or high-end retail sector. Maldivian experience is highly desirable. Fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a second language would be highly desirable. This position will be based on the island.
