Requirements

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel reservations management, revenue & e-commerce, or pricing strategies (preferably within the hospitality or luxury resort sector). Experience using hotel property management systems (PMS) and reservation & revenue management software (e.g., Opera, TravelClick, Lighthouse, or similar). Understanding of reservation systems, channel management, and distribution strategies. Knowledge of online distribution channels, including OTAs extranets (Booking.com, Expedia) and direct booking platforms. Strong customer service and communication skills, with a focus on delivering excellent guest experiences. Ability to work with cross-functional teams including front desk, marketing, and sales departments to ensure alignment with revenue goals. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and comfortable working with CRM systems and reservation software. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, especially during peak seasons. Strong organizational, team and time-management skills. Previous experience working in the Maldives or other luxury island resorts is a distinct advantage.
