Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent. Proven experience in a retail sales or customer service role is preferred. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong customer service orientation and a genuine desire to assist customers. Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer issues with professionalism. Basic math skills and proficiency in operating a cash register or point-of-sale system.
