Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a resort or luxury hotel environment. Having Maldivian Resort experience is highly desirable. Ability to work collaboratively with other spa team members to deliver a cohesive and positive work environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to contribute to the development of new spa services and packages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented and highly organized.
