Requirements

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hotel/resort will be an advantage. Hospitality certificate or a Diploma in a related field from a recognized institution. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have experience as an Order Taker, personal assistant or similar field. Fluent in written & spoken English, excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through excellent service. Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
