Requirements

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Japanese cuisine in a high-end restaurant or luxury resort. Good knowledge of various sushi types and sushi rolling techniques. Experience in Asian cuisine will be an advantage. In-depth knowledge of food safety management, including HACCP standards. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cohesively in a team.
