Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a resort/hotel Relevant technical qualifications Experience in early childhood education, recreation or entertainment Proven leadership in kids’ clubs or activity-based environments A creative force in planning and executing recreation activities, in particular for little roxtars Proficiency in English communication to keep the conversation flowing with our international rock stars (a.k.a. guests) Physically fit & full of energy, with an adventurous and outgoing personality A team player with a can-do attitude that keeps the resort’s energy vibe high Previous Maldives experience, even better
