Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in a resort/hotel or facilities management Relevant technical qualifications Strong administrative and coordination skills Familiarity with engineering maintenance systems is a big plus Great communication skills and the ability to liaise between departments A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for process and precision A flexible, “let’s make it happen” attitude and willingness to learn Physically fit & full of energy with an outgoing personality Previous Maldives experience, even better
