Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field. Proven Work Experience of 3-5 years in laundry operation at a 5-Star luxury resorts or hotel, ideally with international brand experience; in same or similar role. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire a team. Strong knowledge of laundry processes, chemicals, and equipment. Able to work under pressure and manage a multicultural team. Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus. Familiar with resort operational standards and guest service expectations.
