Requirements

To assist the Demi Chef De Partie with the daily kitchen tasks as per assigned kitchen. To ensure cleanliness in all food preparation areas are well-maintained in compliance with the HACCP standards.

At least 1 year’s previous experience, preferably in the following areas: Butchery, Hot Kitchen, Bakery, Pastry. First Aid Training preferred; Basic Food Safety certificate is an advantage.
