Requirements

Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field. Minimum of 2 years’ work experience in a luxury resort or hotel setting. Valid Dive Instructor certification (PADI or equivalent) Up-to-date First Aid/CPR and dive insurance Previous experience in a resort or tropical diving location preferred Good communication and guest service skills Fluent in English (other languages a plus) Professional, safety-focused, and team-oriented attitude
