Requirements

Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the mini bar on daily basis. This includes requisitioning and stocking all products from the daily inventory sheet. Locks up and stores all beverage and other products items at all times. Ensure the bar and other storage areas are clean at all times. Receives and rotation of physical stock of items with valuation sheet. Do stock rotation of all bar items (FIFO). Performs general cleaning tasks using standard resort cleaning products to adhere to health standards. Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities. Minimum one year previous Hotel Restaurant / Rooms Service /Mini bar experience required. Ability to communicate effectively in English.
