Requirements

Coordinate with all departments on all guest welfare matters for a smooth, courteous & efficient service. Ensure all necessary reports like VIP list, arrival list is available, welcome guests on arrival and provide a smooth and seamless registration upon arrival. Assist guests with restaurant reservations, excursion arrangements or any other request that maybe needed. Minimum of one year experience in the hotel industry preferably in Front Office / Guest Services. Educational background in hospitality and tourism. With a good command of the German language; Other languages (French, Spanish, Chinese) is an advantage. Preferably with Island Resort experience. Excellent customer care skills and interpersonal relations. Outgoing, friendly and has cheerful personality.
