Requirements

Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a retail or similar environment. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and employees at all levels. Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service best practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail management is a plus.
