Requirements

Higher Diploma in Hotel Management, or GCE A-Levels or O-Levels with relevant vocational or technical certifications in hospitality or business administration A minimum of 1 year of experience in a reputable resort, hotel, or a related industry such as tourism, food service, or hospitality operations Exposure to or a strong interest in the fields of training, learning & development, human resources, or quality assurance Strong command of English — must be able to speak, read, and write fluently Proficiency in any additional foreign language will be considered an asset Strong organizational and administrative skills Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively with diverse teams Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools is a plus
