Requirements

Verifying all revenue transactions, including rooms, food and beverage, banquets, and spa revenue, to ensure they are correctly recorded and accounted for. Reconciling records from different sources, such as front desk, point-of-sale systems, and other revenue-generating departments, to identify and resolve discrepancies. Preparing and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on revenue and expenses, including discrepancy reports, to management for review. Maintaining financial controls and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Investigating and resolving any identified discrepancies or errors in revenue transactions. Working with other departments, such as front desk, food and beverage, and accounting, to ensure accurate and timely processing of revenue transactions. Supporting financial audits and assisting with internal audit procedures. Monitoring key financial indicators, analyzing revenue trends, and identifying areas for improvement.
