Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role at a 5* hotel/resort. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field. With multi-property experience preferred. Works closely with sales leaders to drive a clear understanding and smooth execution of the sales strategy across all market segments, ensuring alignment with business goals and optimal revenue performance. Strong analytical skills to understand key business indicators and competitive trends and develop approaches to these challenges Strong market knowledge with the ability to close opportunities effectively. Passion for sales and for achieving targets and objectives Experience managing a high-revenue business, building customer relationships. Collaborative approach with off-property sales channels and stakeholders. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills Fluency in English (written/spoken); additional languages are an advantage. Previous experience in the Maldives is a plus
