Requirements

Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the luxury hospitality industry. Strong track record in driving revenue, leading high-performing sales teams, and building long-term client relationships. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to interpret data and make sound, insight-driven business decisions. Deep understanding of online and offline distribution channels, including reservation systems and revenue management tools. Experience in developing and executing successful promotional campaigns. Excellent team management, multitasking, and organizational skills. Passionate about the hospitality and service industry, with a keen eye for market trends. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM platforms.
