Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role. Pleasant personality and attitude. Fluency in Russian and good in English. Genuine passion for interacting with people. Willing to deliver excellent service and guest experience. Strong multicultural awareness and ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds. Flexible and good inter-department communication. Maldivian resort experience is an advantage.
