Requirements

Previous experience in leading Fine dining Italian Restaurants. Experience in luxury hotels/resorts will be preferred. Expert in Italian Cuisine. Highly competent in HACCP and Food Safety standards. Strong leadership qualities and able to manage a diverse team. Able to communicate efficiently in English. Knowledge of Italian Language is a must. Strong in guest interaction & problem-solving abilities. Pleasant personality with a positive can-do attitude. Able to work in a remote location or island life.
