Requirements

At least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Cuisine (Japanese Specialty) or with a minimum of 3 years as a Senior Sous Chef in high-end fine dining environment. Proven expertise in managing day-to-day operations, VIP dinners, fine dining, and Chef’s Table experiences. A luxury fine dining background, with a track record of exceptional guest and culinary experiences in high-end establishments. Exceptional culinary creativity skills, with a passion for pushing the boundaries of Japanese cuisine while maintaining authenticity. Experience in Michelin-starred restaurants or equivalent ultra-fine dining establishments, showcasing the ability to deliver world-class dining experiences. A highly skilled fine dining chef who is dynamic, creative, quality-focused, driven, with a deep understanding of current culinary trends. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire a diverse culinary team. Deep knowledge of modern culinary techniques and luxury dining trends, with an emphasis on presentation and flavor. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments. Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
