Requirements

Minimum of two years’ experience in a similar capacity within a luxury hospitality or maritime environment. Must hold a valid captain’s license along with all required maritime certifications as per Maldivian regulatory standards. Contribute to the moral and team spirit of the resort by maintaining good relationships with colleagues. Ensure that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically and within the parameters of the Maldivian Law. Strong commitment to guest satisfaction, delivering courteous, professional, and attentive service at all times. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Physically fit, agile, and capable of meeting the physical demands of the role. Perform any additional duties or special projects as directed by the Resort Management. Maldivian candidates are preferred.
