Requirements

Leading ISA courses at all levels with a professional, friendly approach, ensuring full compliance with standards and regulations. Managing the reception, handling guest reservations, surf registrations. Ensuring all equipment is prepared for students and surfers before guest arrivals Providing and facilitating for the sale of water sports and diving promotional materials, dive and water sports equipment. Assisting in other activities organized and operated by the Dive and Water Sports Centre. Ensure compliance with ISA safety regulations, local and international diving standards. Proficient in English, additional languages (French, German or Spanish) are a plus ISA certified Surf Instructor or higher. Minimum of 2 year of experience as a surf professional. Well-groomed and eager to learn and engage in activities such as water sports Enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated, flexible, and approachable Sales-driven with a strong guest-oriented focus
