Requirements

Registered and with practicing license in Maldives Degree in Nursing or related field With at least 4 years continuous employment, including at least one year in Maldives. Even-tempered, flexible with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments. Gather health histories, perform physical examinations and diagnostic procedure. Recording a patient's medical history. Updating medical records. Attend to all emergencies, give first aid and if the case of serious incidents accompany the guest or associate to hospital. Control the accuracy of sick leave authorization forms. Ensure the absolute hygiene of the clinic and that its equipment and tools used for medical treatment are disinfected and sterilized. Ensure colleagues who are sick are provided medical care. Ensure proper maintenance of all equipment such as oxygen bottles, first aid kits and other medical equipment. Maintain an adequate supply of medicine at the clinic at all times as per the requirement and replenish the first aid boxes as necessary. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of professional area, seek additional information when presented with unfamiliar situations; participate in ongoing professional development.
