Requirements

Ability to work in a remote location or island life. Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations. A team player & builder and a motivator & self-starter. Excellent time management skills. Excellent communication, organization & interpersonal skill. Background/knowledge on Leading Quality Assurance (LQA) is a plus. Previous Opera-PMS experience required. Plays a vital role in terms of administration support to the entire sales & marketing team. Plays a key role in maintaining sales tracking files up-to-date and client database, with input from the Director of Sales & Marketing and sales & marketing team. Collaboration with the Director of Sales & Marketing with regards to all administration work and help to contribute to the overall efficiency of the strategic function of the department. Preparing and planning of FAM trips/Site Inspections, as well as collaboration with other departments to successful showcase the property to potential partners.
