Requirements

Previous experience in a similar function from a luxury island resort. Ability to work in a remote location or island life. Dhivehi & English speakers are essential. Detail oriented/task motivated. Should be flexible and ready to work any shift given as per the requirement of the department. Physical fit to work under sun and long hours. Maximize sales and profit. Comply to LQA standards at all time. Present menus and explanations for all menu items. Ensure the guests of the outlet experience an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience. Prepare the outlet ready for service according to the outlet standard operating procedure.
