Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a five-star resort. Sound knowledge of marine life, coral reefs, and local geography. First Aid, CPR, and water safety certification (mandatory). Dive or snorkelling certifications (e.g., PADI) are an advantage. Strong swimming skills and confidence working in open water. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Attention to detail with a proactive attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
