Requirements

Minimum 3 years related work experience in five-star luxury property is a similar role. A degree or certification in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field is a plus. An outgoing personality with exceptional customer service skills. Passion for working with children. Experience in the creation of new, unique and engaging activities that draw upon the best cultural, sporting or wellbeing offerings of the resort. Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is advantageous. Friendly and enthusiastic to work with multi nationality & able to live on a remote island.
