Requirements

Must have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations, or any related field. Minimum 03 years of experience in a similar position in a five-star resort. Have pleasing a professional attitude. Should have a solid marketing or advertising background. Ability to communicate fluently in English both written and oral. (Additional language is a plus) Ability to handled guest issues promptly. Extensive knowledge of Social Media Platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and etc. Monitor all form of SEO and PPC campaigns and react where necessary by advising or ideas and measures to attract more FIT bookings. Manage the resort’s brand and reputation in the context of their Brand and Marketing. Develop media pitches, press releases and other proactive media coverage. Develop strong relationships, internal communications, and external media relations. Develop internal publications such as newsletters, press releases, email announcements. Lead and organize photo- and video shoots as well as special projects with regards to PR/Coms. Conceptualize social media, Website and other communication material. Develop strategic communication plan and maintain guideline. Maintain regular communication with our overseas PR companies, making sure that all relevant information is communicated and that all opportunities from our area are being forwarded to the Overseas Markets with recommendations. Develop new and analyze existing procedures and manage advertising and promotional efforts that will improve guest patronage under the guidelines of the Director of Sales & Marketing. Adhere to and monitor the budget, brochure contribution, advertising, and promotions. As a member of the marketing team, you are expected to develop other team members, wherever required. This is in conjunction to promote opportunities for development towards the future success of our resort and the company.
