Requirements

Must possess a positive attitude Strong verbal communication skills in English Proficient in both verbal and written English Valid inboard and outboard license required Coastal Navigation Level 5 certificate (Niyami) required Capable of leading boat crews and the captains Ability to maintain all boats as per company standards Minimum 5 years of experience At least 1 year of experience as a Boat Captain in a resort
