Requirements

Diploma in business administration or a related field preferred. At least 1 year of experience as a retail manager or a store manager. In-depth knowledge of retail operations and inventory management. Understanding of sales techniques and customer service best practices. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail analytics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs. Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment. Multilingual proficiency for effective communication in a diverse consumer market. Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other retail management software. Knowledge of e-commerce and online retail trends.
