Requirements

Assist in overseeing Kids Club and Resort Recreation & Activities. Ensure high guest satisfaction by engaging with guests and maintaining top service standards. Supervise daily operations, guiding and supporting the team. Train and mentor team members, fostering a positive and energetic work environment. Assist in organizing and executing events, activities, and sports programs. Ensure health & safety standards are met and followed. Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns efficiently. Maintain administrative records and reports related to recreation activities. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury resort or remote island. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software. Energetic, guest-focused, and highly adaptable.
