Requirements

Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field. Minimum of 1 year work experience in a luxury resort or hotel setting. Excellent communication skills in English. Previous experience in Maldives resorts or in a remote location will be an added advantage. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with a positive & flexible attitude. Candidates must demonstrate a dynamic, positive, and energetic leadership style with excellent communication skills.
