Requirements

Teach courses ranging from beginner (e.g. Open Water Diver) to advanced certifications. Demonstrate diving techniques, including buoyancy control and emergency procedures. Lead guided dives for certified divers, ensuring safety and enjoyment. Monitor divers’ safety underwater and on the surface. Maintain emergency preparedness and assist in rescue situations if needed. Ensure all diving equipment is well-maintained and ready for use. Oversee the preparation and maintenance of diving equipment, ensuring it meets the necessary operational standards. Conduct safety checks on diving equipment and ensure it is functioning properly. Provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for students and guests. Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same capacity. PADI Instructor or higher with 2 + years of experience in the diving industry Can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a positive & flexible attitude.
