Requirements

Responsible for assisting the manager in the day-to-day operations to meet and exceed customers' needs and business requirements. Ensuring adherence to service standards, and following all service sequences, as well as operating procedures. Relevant educational qualification / technical training OR have minimum of 2 years' experience in the field. Professionalism & integrity with good communication and interpersonal skills. Instigate creative solutions and common sense and strive to contribute to have a thriving culture. Must be able to work both independently and under general supervision to make sound decisions. Able to work calmly and confidently under pressure and remain flexible, effectively managing multiple projects through strong priority and time management skills. Well organized and self-directed individual who is a team player. Have a naturally playful, artistic personality, being able to perform personal talents on the role.
