Requirements

Responsible for all maintenance & repair work in the resort, ensuring that tasks are promptly attended and coordinated to all sections, utilizing all available resources in the most efficient manner. Maintains inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed, and requisitions supplies according to established procedures. Ensuring the correct usage of the material and equipment without wastage or excess to requirement. Relevant educational qualification / technical training OR have minimum of 2 years' experience in the field. Professionalism & integrity with good communication and interpersonal skills. Instigate creative solutions and common sense and strive to contribute to have a thriving culture. Must be able to work both independently and under general supervision to make sound decisions. Able to work calmly and confidently under pressure and remain flexible, effectively managing multiple projects through strong priority and time management skills. Well organized and self-directed individual who is a team player. Have a naturally playful, artistic personality, being able to perform personal talents on the role.
