Requirements

Develop and implement a simple, effective content calendar and posting schedule for social media. Create and enforce the use of standardized templates for bookings, client communication, and data management. Define and monitor key department metrics focused on lead response time, conversion rates, and pipeline coverage. Develop engaging social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, other) with photos, videos, and captions. Create promotional videos/reels and design graphics/infographics. Creation of general posts for RCC events. Proactively meet with internal stakeholders from RCC Developments (projects, progress, bookings) and RCC General (elevators, carpentry, etc.) to understand their services, target markets, and current efforts. Translate stakeholder meetings into effective marketing content and sales collateral to help each business unit reach broader markets. Execute the posting schedule across identified platforms, focusing on showcasing project progress, company expertise, and open-for-booking announcements. Personally stay on top of and manage all incoming leads from every channel: Emails, Viber, WhatsApp, and all phone calls. Schedule and arrange client meetings, managing the timings and calendars efficiently to ensure a professional client experience. Own the entire booking process: Ensure all bookings are captured using the 3 main referral forms. Accurately update the master files for all 3 projects in real-time. Ensure flawless follow-up and communication with clients throughout their journey. Ensure all communication (social media, emails, proposals) presents a consistent, professional, and trustworthy brand image. Ensure the website is updated with the latest projects, accurate service information, and that contact forms are working and being monitored. Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years in a similar role.
