Requirements

- Maintain and manage all IT infrastructure including servers, networks, internet, and communication systems across the resort.<br>- Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.<br>- Monitor and ensure the smooth operation of hotel systems such as PMS, POS and other operational software.<br>- Implement and maintain IT security protocols including firewalls, antivirus and data protection measures.<br>- Perform regular data backups and support disaster recovery procedures.<br>- Manage user accounts, system access, and maintain IT asset records.<br>- Coordinate with external vendors for IT services, repairs, and procurement.<br>- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in a resort or hotel environment.<br>- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines<br>- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and positive “CAN DO” attitude with good teamwork.
